If you are any of the above and you have clients who own land with or without planning, residential portfolios (which can be houses or blocks of flats or a combination of both) within our deal foot print, please do get in touch.
Members of the general public
If you have friends, family, colleagues or associates who you know that own any kind of property as described in our requirements list who may be interested in selling and the property is not being publicly marketed, we would be more than happy to get a deal for them. If their property falls within our deal foot print there is a strong possibility of us being able to do a deal with them and should we conclude a sale we will offer you a really good compensation package for making the simple introduction which costs you absolutely nothing!
Depending on the value of the deal we would be more than happy to pay you a generous fee (potentially up to six figures) for an introduction. You can either be paid the money or alternatively you may decide to upgrade your car or even get a brand new car, a holiday for the family or for you and your partner, a very expensive shopping spree or it can be a combination of all of this depending on the size of the deal and the eligible fee you would be entitled to.
You may not yet own your own home and you may decide to use the money as a deposit for your first home? If you tell us you wish to purchase a home whether you are a first time buyer or not we would be more than happy to represent your best interests in the process of the purchase in making sure that you get a good deal.
